Job Description:

  • To assist in smooth implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation activities
  • To assist management in identification of KPIs
  • To conduct field visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects
  • Facilitating Research/survey conduction (Qualitative and quantitative), data analysis, and technical reporting
  • To collect data such as baseline surveys, questionnaires, feedbacks
  • To assist in compilation of periodic reports
  • To collect projects financial reports/ vouchers/ utilization reports
  • Maintaining Research records, databases, reports and training materials.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the competent authority

Qualification & Experience:

  • MA/MBA (Finance)/ACMA however, MBA (Project Management) will be given preference.
  • Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body or in renowned national/ international organizations..
