Job Description:
- To assist in smooth implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation activities
- To assist management in identification of KPIs
- To conduct field visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects
- Facilitating Research/survey conduction (Qualitative and quantitative), data analysis, and technical reporting
- To collect data such as baseline surveys, questionnaires, feedbacks
- To assist in compilation of periodic reports
- To collect projects financial reports/ vouchers/ utilization reports
- Maintaining Research records, databases, reports and training materials.
- Perform any other task assigned by the competent authority
Qualification & Experience:
- MA/MBA (Finance)/ACMA however, MBA (Project Management) will be given preference.
- Minimum 8 years’ post qualification experience in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body or in renowned national/ international organizations..
