Assistant Finance & Admn.
Job Description:
- To assist Admn & Finance management in day-to-day affairs as and when required
- To keep Admn & Finance related record, files and inventory updated
- To receipt, diary and put up files and drafts as and when received
- To disseminate and dispatch the letters/ reminders to various projects
- Maintaining Research records, databases, reports and training materials.
- Perform any other task assigned by the competent authority
- Drafting Memos, Letters & ensure dispatch of the same
- Maintain receipts / issue letter of Admn & Finance.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.A/B.Sc/B.Com from HEC approved University.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous body or in renowned national or international organizations involved in administrative matters, tendering, accounts, ERP system and in MS Office etc with effective communication skills.
